New London, WI – First State Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of James Dietzler as Senior Vice President, Business Banking. In this role, Dietzler will lead the bank’s business banking strategy, cultivate relationships with local businesses, and drive growth across commercial and agricultural lending and treasury services.
With over 25 years of banking experience, specializing in business development and portfolio management, Dietzler brings a deep understanding of identifying financial solutions that drive profitability and strengthen long-term partnerships. Prior to joining First State Bank, he held the position of Vice President, Commercial Banking and Agriculture Loan Officer for Premier Community Bank.

James lives in Weyauwega on a hobby farm with his wife and two children, a son in fifth grade, and a daughter attending UW River Falls. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, woodworking, flying, and coaching. He and his family are also active members of the Waupaca Chain Skiers.
